During Juneteenth Celebration several years ago, the Taylor family, founders of ImpactSM Charity Inc, honored first responders of San Marcos, Texas, Presentations were made to the police department, Fires and EMS in recognition for the dedication and honorable services to our city. The Foundation Honored the life of fallen Officer Kenneth Copeland, who lost his life while attempting to serve a warrant to a wanted felon.
